Weekly Photo Challenge: Infinite

Weekly Photo Challenge: Infinite

Paris, France is known for being the city of love for a reason. The “love lock bridge” crosses over La Seine River leading to the island where the Cathedral of Noter Dame is located.

This photo really spoke to me for the theme infinite: infinite love! There are infinite amounts of locks with hand written names displaying their “infinite love.” It is tradition for couples to write their names and the current date on the key, lock it to the bridge, and throw the key into the river. This represents the couples’ infinite love. I have seen other “love locks” similar to this one in Paris.

I have seen the love lock tree in Budapest, Hungary and the love lock bridge in Prague, Czech Republic, but there are many all over the world —
