Some multicolored buildings we came across in the back alleys of Istanbul, Turkey.

While traveling I have come across a lot of lively multicolored scenes which are always a pleasure. I think some of the most “colorful” cities I have been to include Barcelona, Spain and Istanbul, Turkey. Between the bright colored fruit and vegetables in the fruit markets, the street performers on Las Ramblas, the whimsical architecture of Gaudí and the lively night life, Barcelona makes for a quite multicolored city. Istanbul’s elaborate array of products and excitement in the bazaars really brings the city to life. This post is part of the Travel Theme of the Week.
